The panel discussion will provide you with the latest practices by leading enterprises, regarding case studies of how to collaborate with Gen Z (born from 1995 to 2010) in a business context. Industry focus includes consumer communication, media & entertainment, and talent management. Specially, Helly Tong, a role model of Gen Z, will share with audience real stories and untold insights about the generation who was born in digital era. From these insights, audience will gain better understanding on key challenges and opportunities to engage Gen Z as the main drive in the local and global economy for the next decade.

She is leading the team of over 170 consultants to provide companies and individuals with solutions for recruitment needs and career growth. Before joining Navigos Search, Mai is known in the market as the first Country Head in Vietnam for ACCA Vietnam – the UK-based accountancy professional body, the Business Development Director for Deloitte Vietnam, and the General Manager for eSilicon Vietnam.

Sha, Director, International Business at Yeah1 Group
He leads international business division and strategic activities at Yeah1 Group, one the biggest Media conglomerate in Vietnam dealing in TV and Digital media. He also has diverse project management experience in various countries including Vietnam, Australia, Russia and India.

Helly Tong, Founder of The Yen Concept, Co-founder of Lai Day refill station
Helly founded The Yen Concept where she evangelizes the idea of Green Living Space. She also is the co-founder of Lai Day Refill Station, a stop for those who are interested in green, sustainable and environmentally friendly ways of life. She is the Vietnamese ambassador for Design For Change–one of the most popular educational programs founded by educator/TED speaker Kiran Bir Sethi.

Justin Michael Battin, Ph.D., Lecturer of Communication, RMIT University
He is the author of Mobile Media Technologies and Poiēsis (Palgrave Macmillan, 2017) and co-editor of We Need to Talk About Heidegger: Essays Situating Martin Heidegger in Contemporary Media Studies (Peter Lang, 2018). At the present moment, Justin is conducting ethnographic research on the diverse depictions of Saigon on Instagram..
