We are looking to hire a gifted Social Media Manager (Community Manager) who is keen to develop strategies to increase followers and lead a junior team at our lovely new HCMC headquarters.

This new role is designed specifically to drive the WAN platform forward. and while we can’t go into too much detail, it’s a great time to be with the business. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, build and develop a team with support from Creative and Client Services.

Responsibilities Include:
· Presenting Social Media strategy, plans and best practice with clients and colleagues.
· Content planning for WAN and multiple clients – taking ownership of production of assets with the creative team and delivering to client service within budget and deadlines.
· Working with the Creative department to create best in class social content through effective social briefing.
· Community engagement and moderation.
· Scheduling paid and organic social content.
· Setting Social Media KPIs and performance reporting on various live campaigns driving growth for our clients.
· Supporting Digital and Client Services teams with ad hoc research and insight development such as competitor auditing.
· Project management where required, assisting client service with moving projects through the agency.

What You'll Need To Succeed:
· Proven experience in a Social Media Lead / Strategist or similar role, gained either within an agency or in-house. 2 years or more.
· Excellent knowledge of social platforms – how they work, who uses them, how brands are using them and what’s coming next.
· Persuasive and clear communication skills with clients and colleagues.
· Positive advocacy of social media and content as a communication tool – either as a standalone or part of integrated campaigns.
· A creative approach and curiosity to explore how social media can be used to surprise and delight audiences whilst meeting campaign objectives.
· Ability to communicate in English (IELTS 7.0)
