Our firm was founded to deliver trusted world-class expertise, practical experience, and local insights to leading multinational corporations and Vietnamese companies who want to grow their global presence and succeed in Vietnam and Asia.

When Binh started ASART in 2017, many doubted her dream was too big. They questioned how she could compete in a market dominated by giants. However, ASART was not about competition, Binh saw the need for a different approach. It was about filling a gap that others couldn't address or solve problems that are usually given up by others. Binh's focus was on creating value, not chasing money or rivalry. She observed that many consultants added little value and often charged exorbitant fees.
There was a significant misalignment between advisors' work and the actual results companies achieved. ASART would not be just another consulting firm, it had to be a firm where everyone is committed to making a significant impact and leaving a lasting legacy. Additionally, discrimination against women, especially expecting and working mothers, was prevalent in the field. From overcoming personal challenges to embarking on the journey of building a sustainable business, Binh’s story is of a young mother who chose to seek justice and demonstrate her capabilities through actions rather than words.
She founded ASART when her child was just 4 months old, she believed her values would always find their rightful place. Her journey may be quiet, but it is powerful enough to inspire anyone searching for their own path. Today ASART has demonstrated excellent advisory quality, expertise, and a trusted destination for demanding clients and large private equity funds, yet remains youthful, passionate, and committed. Given its humble scale, it has made tremendous contribution to FDI flows into Vietnam and the sustainable growth of the market, including:
1. Working with clients who practice or aspire to sustainable growth mindset and values.
2. Having more than 100 signatures from leading company owners and top executives who committed to join ASART in the sustainable growth journey.
3. Advising a portfolio of clients with about USD 4.5 billion in investment commitment.
4. Bringing over USD 100 million to the Mekong Delta region.
5. Playing a pioneering role in attracting over USD 1 billion into private healthcare in Vietnam.
6. Being awarded the best M&A advisors in Vietnam since 2022.
