Hanh Phuc fish sauce is a traditional fish sauce brand started in 1979. We select anchovies caught in the Southwest Sea, marinated with old salt in Ba Ria - Vung Tau, and left to settle for many weeks. The refined fish sauce, from hatching to bottling, settles for many months. The finished fish sauce, from the factory to the shelves, undergoes several stages of inspection to create the premium quality of Hanh Phuc fish sauce, from 1979 to the present.
I believe in the value of the family behind this premium traditional fish sauce: delivering the finest product by upholding traditional craftsmanship and leveraging passion and initiative in responsible innovations. With my aim for responsible communications, I advise the company on the suitable approaches for their products, customers, and their vision.
Doing marketing and communications for a brand can easily get lost in the thrill of a good paint job. That's why you have to take a stance on your ethics and morals and always remember that you are talking to an actual person. I get to reconnect the brand with its loyal customers. They have been on the market for over 45 years, yet these past few years are actually their first time reaching out to people using their fish sauce cross-generationally and letting customers know they are heard.
