Nurtured as a Vietnamese seed in the international environment of RMIT, I realized that, just like individual Vietnamese brands, when cultivated with the right mindset and methods, they can achieve powerful growth beyond borders. My career has focused on creating high-value, innovative products and solutions for prominent Vietnamese brands, including Ba Huân, and helping them enhance their product portfolios, quality, image, and market position. With nearly two decades of experience, I am dedicated to advancing creative transformation and supporting Vietnamese brands as they unlock their full potential in a fast-changing world.

Growing up, I saw Vietnamese talent and heritage brands often limited by self-doubt, risk aversion, or a focus on short-term results over substance. Many businesses invested heavily in marketing without strengthening core products or sustainable value, leading to missed opportunities in the global market. My motivation is to help shift this mindset, encouraging organizations to embrace creativity, build from their true strengths, and pursue excellence that lasts. I want to empower Vietnamese people and companies to be confident, innovative, and globally competitive.

At Ba Huan, I led a transformation spanning product research, manufacturing, branding, and international B2B partnerships, resulting in more than 150 high-quality, value-added products and raising industry standards. These projects have contributed to improved brand value, expanded market reach, and stronger professional readiness for students and workers alike.

Building a culture of creative and innovative collaboration has been my greatest challenge because lasting innovation requires connecting people and ideas, not just having good concepts. Real transformation happens when teams unite around a shared vision and trust each other’s contributions. I have learned to listen, communicate transparently, and cultivate an open environment where every voice is valued. My advice: Approach change with humility and integrity, learn from setbacks, and focus on empowering your team, because collective strength fuels sustainable success.

RMIT has provided me with a unique platform to connect with forward-thinking professionals, foster cross-border partnerships, and access international best practices. The spirit of voluntary contribution I gained from RMIT motivates me to dedicate my expertise wherever it best serves Vietnam’s growth, not just for a single brand, but for the country as a whole. With the support of RMIT’s global network and Australian partners, I am able to drive serious, impactful projects that focus on real, lasting value for Vietnamese brands, the workforce, and our wider community.
