Alice Academy (2019) is a member of Trung Tien Construction Company (1993) and is a study abroad consultancy, English training center, creative education and personal development hub founded by Dr. Phước Hạnh (Alice Hanh Tran). Rooted in the belief that education should empower both the mind and the heart, the academy specializes in international study consulting, soft skills training, and creative learning experiences tailored for young people, students, and professionals in Vietnam. Combining global academic insights with local understanding, within a vast network globally, Alice Academy aims to nurture confident individuals who are ready to thrive in an interconnected world.
I believed deeply in the power of education to transform lives
When I was a student at RMIT Vietnam, I believed deeply in the power of education to transform lives. But as I grew into the roles of lecturer, researcher, and mentor, I saw a recurring gap: many young people were academically capable, yet lacked direction, confidence, and a strong sense of purpose. They didn’t just need knowledge — they needed clarity, vision, and support. That’s what inspired me to found Alice Academy – a space where I could merge my academic background with coaching, creativity, and international education consulting. I wanted to create a platform that helps young people not only access global opportunities but also grow into authentic, purpose-driven individuals.
At Alice Academy, we believe education is more than qualifications; it’s about discovering who you are and where you want to go. We aim to bridge the gap between formal education and real-world readiness — by integrating personal development, soft skills, creative learning, and international study pathways. Our impact? We’ve sent thousands of students to study abroad in Australia, the UK, the US, Canada, Singapore — many with scholarships ranging from 30% to full 100% funding and even found good jobs after that.
Some have returned to Vietnam to launch startups or take on leadership roles in global companies. At the university level, I’ve served as a full-time lecturer and internal coaching manager at University of Greenwich Vietnam, part-time lecturer at Swinburne University Vietnam and also RMIT University Vietnam, helping students win prestigious competitions like the Swinbiz RockStar, HSBC, Young Lions.
As a researcher, I’ve proudly represented Vietnam as the only Vietnamese scholar to serve as both Chair and Presenter at the international IFABS conference, organized by Oxford University, Nottingham University and Shanghai University, and I have been invited as the national (country representative) for Vietnam to present at the GEDSI Leadership Workshop by Australia Awards — sharing research on women in leadership on the global stage.
