As a Game Producer, my passion lies in transforming digital innovation into tangible, inspiring impact for a better future. I've integrated environmental sustainability features into global titles like Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, showcasing Vietnamese talent reaching global game titles. Notably, I led the "social game - game for the greater good" Bubpop, which proudly became the first Vietnamese team to feature at Level Up KL in Malaysia in 2023, highlighting innovative creation. Further demonstrating my commitment, as the Vietnamese ambassador for Women in Games, I mentor and empower future female leaders, contributing to a more inclusive and sustainable tech ecosystem.

As a Game Producer, my core drive is to inspire meaningful change through digital creation, fostering sustainability at every level. My journey is motivated by a deep conviction that interactive experiences hold unparalleled power to educate, engage, and empower, solving real-world challenges where traditional methods often fall short. I am committed to bridging the gap between awareness and action on critical issues, such as environmental protection, and fostering genuine inclusion within the tech industry.
A major challenge I faced was making complex environmental issues relatable and actionable for a broad audience. My solution was to create the mobile game Bubpop, a "social game - game for the greater good" specifically designed to tackle plastic pollution. This required translating scientific data into engaging mechanics that encouraged responsible behavior. Another significant hurdle was addressing the gender disparity within Vietnam's male-dominated tech and gaming industry.
To overcome this, I took the initiative to become the Vietnamese ambassador for Women in Games, actively leading mentorship programs, skill-building workshops, and networking events to inspire and empower aspiring female professionals.
My proudest moment was when Bubpop achieved recognition as the first Vietnamese team to be featured at Level Up KL in Malaysia in 2023. This was a pivotal moment not just for the project's sustainability message but also as a powerful inspiration that Vietnamese creativity and purpose-driven creation can shine brightly on the international stage.
Furthermore, my role as a Game Producer for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, where I integrate environmental and educational features, demonstrates how Vietnamese talent can contribute to global titles, further extending this message of inspiration and sustainability through world-class creation. This work is about building a more conscious, equitable, and vibrant future.
