Le Tuan Anh is a career consultant and educator dedicated to advancing career development in Vietnam. An RMIT alumnus, he designs and delivers programs that help individuals—especially students and early professionals—gain clarity, build skills, and connect with meaningful opportunities. His work bridges local needs with global perspectives through collaborations with international experts, AI tools, and career theories. Whether training educators, mentoring 1-on-1, or speaking at global conferences, Tuấn Anh is driven by a mission to make career education more accessible, personalized, and empowering. He believes sharing knowledge is key to building future-ready, purpose-driven communities.
My goal is to keep learning, giving, and helping others find meaning in the work they do.
My motivation for pursuing career consulting and education began with a simple yet persistent question I heard from students: “What should I do with my life?” In Vietnam, many young people enter university without a clear direction, often driven by external expectations rather than personal clarity. I wanted to bridge that gap—between who they are, what the world needs, and how education can help connect the two.
I see career development not as a destination but as a lifelong journey that everyone deserves guidance on. Since 2018, I’ve designed and led a range of impactful initiatives: mentoring programs, skill-building workshops, and career storytelling campaigns. One highlight was co-leading the Accessibility Design Competition at RMIT, which empowered students to create employability solutions for people with disabilities, in partnership with Microsoft and P&G.
In 2023–2025, I trained over 200 university staff and career consultants on personalized career advising methods and the use of AI tools like ChatGPT and Canva in career guidance. These efforts have helped shift career education in Vietnam toward a more student-centered, future-oriented model. RMIT’s network has been foundational to my journey.
My time at RMIT gave me not only the skills in communication and education design, but also the confidence to reach beyond borders. Through RMIT connections, I’ve spoken at international conferences like APCDA and CANEXUS, collaborated with global experts in career development, and continued mentoring younger alumni. These relationships have been vital in shaping my thinking, expanding my impact, and reaffirming the value of education as a lifelong, borderless force. I believe that sharing knowledge—across roles, generations, and cultures—is the most powerful way to create change.
