VOCO Center is Vietnam’s leading online career-training hub, bridging universities and businesses to empower students with real-world employability skills. Our mission is to increase graduate salaries (target: ≥11M VND/month) and reduce youth unemployment/job-hopping through hands-on experiential learning program, mentorship, industry partnerships, employability skills e-learning, and AI-driven Career Services. Recognized in Forbes Under 30 (2022) as Founder Huyen Luu (Amon)'s project, we equip young professionals with future-ready skills—accelerate education into tangible career success.

Since I got recognized in Forbes Under 30 list of Vietnam, I have had the chance to connect with a network of amazing individuals who have inspiring life stories where they conquered all their challenges to reach great success before 30. However, I noticed their inspiring stories were not well spread to the younger community beyond the Forbes Magazine paper. I also noticed some highlighted problems of the young generation: the misconception about quick wins, fast success, and the fear of failure & peer pressure due to an overloaded information of success stories on social media.
So I want to bring an authentic lens of the hardship journey to success from real people, real stories to a wider community of youngsters to empower them on the Fail Forward Journey. I would hope to ignite the courage, the ambition & the resilience in the young generation for them to start their own amazing journey.
Major challenges I've faced are finding resources in my non-expertise field: Production, Video Editing, Media to start this. I talked to many in my network to find relevant contacts for this project and put myself out there to convince them to join me as sponsors, even when there is not a product yet. I believe starting small with strong conviction was a good start even if we don't have the WOW initial result.
