Our project focuses on showcasing the vibrant culinary scene of local Vietnamese restaurants through high-quality photography and visual storytelling. We aim to highlight their unique services and diverse cuisines to a broader audience. Our portfolio includes collaborations with esteemed establishments, notably CieL, which recently earned a Michelin star in 2025, just seven months after its opening, along with several other Michelin Selected restaurants. This work underscores our commitment to elevating the visibility of exceptional Vietnamese gastronomy.

My work is all about helping food and beverage businesses boost their visibility across various platforms, from media exposure to increased sales. Through compelling photography, I connect their incredible culinary creations with a wider audience of potential customers. One of my proudest achievements was collaborating with CieL, a restaurant that earned its first Michelin star in 2025, a mere seven months after opening.

Capturing the essence of a Michelin-starred establishment was a significant goal for me when I ventured into hospitality photography. This journey began during my third year at RMIT. Learning about the intricacies of the F&B industry and understanding how to support businesses in their marketing and branding efforts, combined with the valuable RMIT network, provided the perfect foundation to pursue this passion.
