CREATIO is a creative solutions consultancy agency specializing in content, social media, and event organization. We offer comprehensive capabilities, from strong academic foundations to the pragmatic implementation of multimedia content creation and behavior change communications. Our work encompasses successful campaigns and projects addressing critical social, environmental, educational, and health issues. Notable examples from our portfolio include initiatives on renewable energy, agroecology, climate change adaptation, food safety, and comprehensive child development programs, demonstrating our ability to deliver impactful results.
I’ve always believed that impactful communication can drive real change, especially in development, health, and environmental fields.
I wanted to build something that was both personal and purposeful—CREATIO. Our mission is to bridge international communication standards with Vietnam’s local insights to address urgent social issues through meaningful campaigns. Our work aims to solve problems like plastic pollution, misinformation during public health crises, and children’s rights violations. For example, through campaigns with UNDP, UNICEF, and Save the Children, we’ve helped promote zero-waste lifestyles, healthy parenting, and safe environments for children, reaching millions of people across Vietnam. Over the years, I’ve seen how our communications work doesn’t just raise awareness—it mobilizes change.
One clear example is the Plastic Innovation Programme with UNDP, where we designed and implemented a full campaign to promote innovation in reducing plastic pollution. Our team organized livestreams, webinars, and creative social content to call for contest entries across Vietnam.
As a result, we reached 312% of the expected submission volume and surpassed initial engagement targets with over 100 participants in Q&A webinars and hundreds more during the incubation and final pitch events. Similarly, in the “From the Mountains to the Sea - Beat Plastic Pollution” campaign, we launched multimedia efforts across five provinces and national platforms, promoting plastic reduction and sustainable living.
The results were substantial: over 2 million engagements across Facebook and TikTok, and more than 700 users downloaded the “Trash Hunt” app to report illegal waste sites—directly supporting local environmental governance. Our UNICEF “Golden Moments with Your Child” campaign reached 5.5 million viewers. We’ve conducted over 20 large-scale projects with national reach and have built communications toolkits used by NGOs and government agencies alike. Through these campaigns, we've not only influenced public behavior but also contributed to policy-level discussions by amplifying grassroots voices. These outcomes validate our mission: to create communications that truly connect and empower.
