Hella Beauty is a Gen Z-focused personal care brand that celebrates self-love, confidence, and creativity. We create sensorial body care products such as body mists and scrubs with unique scents, aesthetic packaging, and playful storytelling that resonate with modern youth. More than a beauty brand, Hella builds a lifestyle community through offline experiences, engaging social media, and meaningful conversations about identity and self-worth.
Stay true to your why, and don’t be afraid to start small and scrappy – authenticity will win in the long run.
As someone who has always been drawn to beauty and aesthetics, I created Hella Beauty to turn that passion into something meaningful for others. I noticed that many young people, especially Gen Z, struggle with self-image and confidence. Through sensorial self-care products, Hella aims to create a joyful space that encourages self-love and self-expression.
Hella Beauty has become one of the most recognized local Gen Z beauty brands in Vietnam, with a growing community of loyal customers and content creators. We’ve sold over 300,000 products nationwide and built a strong online presence that fosters open conversations around identity.
Building a beauty brand from scratch without industry connections or big funding was tough. We had to test countless formulations and face skepticism as a young, local team. But by staying close to our community, being transparent, and continuously innovating, we earned trust over time.
Being part of the RMIT community taught me to think creatively, act globally, and communicate with clarity – which directly shaped how I built the Hella Beauty brand. Through RMIT’s ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship, I also gained the confidence to launch my own venture and turn a personal passion into a growing business.
