Passii helps people monetize their unused clothing through a managed marketplace, creating a win-win situation for sellers and buyers.

‍

Our mission is to scale circular fashion through our resale services, unlocking value from unused clothing.

‍

From a local clothing swap, we've evolved into passii.vn - a tech-powered fashion resale platform. Despite challenging market conditions and minimal initial investment, we've built a sophisticated data system that's revolutionizing the second-hand shopping experience.

Clothes should be assets, not waste!

The fashion industry faces a critical challenge: despite skyrocketing production, most clothing goes unused. This creates three major problems:

‍

1. Cluttered Closets (User’s pain): the average consumer wears less than 30% of their wardrobe, leaving valuable clothes gathering dust.

‍

2. $500B Annual Loss: the industry loses $500B annually through waste, underutilization, and missed recycling opportunities.

‍

3. Every second, one garbage truck of textiles is wasted through burning or landfills, and fashion contributes 2.1 billion tons of greenhouse gases annually—equivalent to 4% of global emissions—while a single pair of jeans consumes 2,000 gallons of water to produce. The fashion industry needs a revolution: *clothes should be assets, not waste*. We're tackling this massive waste management challenge head-on.

Passii has made a transformative impact on sustainable fashion by reforming over 50,000 pre-loved clothing items, preventing them from ending up in landfills. This effort has diverted approximately 25-50 tons of textile waste, reducing land and water pollution while curbing methane emissions from decomposition. Additionally, by extending the lifecycle of these garments, Passii has saved an estimated 150-250 million liters of water, equivalent to the annual drinking needs of 205,000-342,000 people.

‍

The initiative has also reduced greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 750-1,000 tons of CO2e, comparable to removing 160-215 cars from the road for a year. Beyond these measurable environmental benefits, Passii has cultivated a community of eco-conscious consumers, driving a cultural shift toward circular fashion and inspiring sustainable practices in the industry.
