2022 is the first time in the RMIT Vietnam history that we bring two events together for alumni to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the RMIT Alumni Community. Hosted at the RMIT Saigon South campus, the Alumni reunion and Carnival Day will be a blast for alumni to attend.
RMIT Alumni Reunion

Reconnect, reunite, and rejoice with your old classmates and favorite lecturers at the Saigon South campus, the place where everything started many years ago. Not only relive your good old days, but you will also be home with great pictures and beautiful RMIT merchandise. All alumni are welcome to attend the event.
Make sure that you register before 31 October to secure your slot at the Alumni reunion event.
RMIT Carnival Day
Time: 15:00 – 20:00, 5 Nov 2022
Hosted by: University Events Department, RMIT Vietnam
This is an annual and unique occasion that gathers the whole RMIT community together in one largest event of the year. Live music performances, great food, and sports activities will be fun that make you sweat.
Due to the limited capacity, only the first 100 alumni who register for Carnival Day can secure a ticket. The Carnival Day ticket will have your name on it. You cannot sell, give, or transfer it to anyone else.
What you need to know before registering?
- Participants: While the Carnival Day event is open for staff, students, and alumni, the Alumni Reunion is open for alumni & current lecturers.
- Registration: Register for both events by 31 October 2022. You will receive two separate confirmation emails for two events.
- Parking: Please use a taxi, or motorbike to travel to the event. The car parking lot will not be available due to the massive traffic during the event day.
- Check-in: Please take your national ID card (chứng minh thư, căn cước công dân) and the confirmation email/e-ticket to the events.

Frequently Asked Questions
Both events will take place on 5 November 2022 at the RMIT SGS campus. The Alumni Reunion will be from 12:30 PM – 3 PM and Carnival Day will be from 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
No. They are two consecutive events hosted by two different departments. However, both are open for alumni to attend.
All alumni are welcome to register for both events. However, due to the limited capacity, you cannot take your families and friends to these events.
Yes. You can register one time for both events. However, while the Alumni Reunion event has no limitations on the number of registrations, the Carnival Day event only offers tickets to the first 100 alumni to register.
Upon registration, there is nothing else you need to do. For the Alumni reunion event, you will receive a confirmation email. For the Carnival Day event, if you are the first 100 alumni to register, you will receive an online ticket with your name on it. If you are not one of those, you will receive an email to update about the Carnival Day registration.
No. For security purposes, all guests coming to the campus to attend these events need to register in advance.
No. The Carnival Day ticket will have your name on it. You cannot sell, give, or transfer it to anyone else.
