The 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 is the online version of our regular offline mentoring events where Mentors and Mentees are able to meet, network and share career-related insights in a speed-mentoring style.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁?
The 90-minute session will be facilitated by the program coordinator:

+ Each Mentor will begin by providing a quick summary of their career background.
+ All the participants then break off into small groups for 20-minute intensive Mentoring sessions according to similar industry backgrounds with the ratio of 1 Mentor to 1-3 Mentees. Here the Mentor provides more in-depth career advice and it gives students the opportunity to ask questions that relate to their career aspirations.
+ We then rotate groups, so students have the opportunity to interact with other Mentors. The rotations will be done 2-3 times depending on the size of our audience on the day.
+ A list of suggested questions/topics will be provided to participants to help guide the conversations between Mentors and Mentees.
