Alumni e-card
The alumni e-card is a unique QR code that grants alumni access to RMIT campuses. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU SUCCESSFULLY CREATE THE E-CARD BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE CAMPUS. The physical card will no longer be issued and be valid after 1 February 2023.
You will be eligible for an Alumni e-card in the time of 1 week after the results release date of your completed semester.
If you student card expires before this time, please reach out to RMIT Connect for support.
To create an alumni e-card, please follow this instruction
Make sure there is no typo in your email address. Otherwise, please kindly check your junk mail/ spam box.
Yes you can. Please let us know via THIS FORM.
For all other inquiries, please kindly fill in and submit THIS FORM. Due to a large number of inquiries, we will respond to you within 7 working days.
1) Login to the Student Connect online portal (if your student ID is no longer active, you can register as a GUEST)
2) Navigate to the list of Services and select Complaints
3) Select Submit a complaint to open the complaint form
4) In case you dissatisfy with the resolution of their first lodgment, you can submit second complaint for further investigation

On the Hanoi campus, indoor REC facilities on campus currently are not available for alumni. Outdoor sports venues, including the football pitch and basketball court, are available upon request and usage fees may apply. For more details, please contact the Hanoi REC team via fan page or email student.lifehn@rmit.edu.vn.
As an alumnus you can access library resources including Open Education Resource, a public resource that has no limitation in terms of registration and Free book-delivery service in which you can borrow up to 15 physical books per month delivered to your doorstep without any cost. For further information, kindly contact the RMIT Library team at library@rmit.edu.vn or fan page for further support.
Alumni don’t have access to all tools which require student email to log in. However, alumni can access a large pool of information with Open Education Resource and Free book-delivery service.
Alumni who graduate less than 2 years could use this service. Please access the RMIT Careers Online Portal to book your appointment.
The RMIT postgraduate scholarship for alumni is varied on a yearly basis. To get the latest update, please kindly contact the Postgraduate Student Recruitment team at enquiries.postgraduate@rmit.edu.vn.
Alumni’s sibling will get a 5% discount on tuition fee when studying at RMIT. To get more details on this inquiry, please kindly contact the Student Recruitment team at enquiries@rmit.edu.vn.

Alumni Network is open for all RMIT Alumni regardless of which campus they graduated from. To check whether you have already had an account yet, visit the next question.
Firstly, check whether you already have an existing account:
  • Step 1: Click ‘Register’ on the right corner
  • Step 2: Enter your personal email then click ‘Proceed’. If you are directed to the ‘Reset password’ page, go ahead and create a new password (More information in Question 3 below ‘How can I know my password’?). If not, proceed with the following steps:
  • Step 3: Fill in your ‘Student ID’, ‘Full name’, ‘Date of Birth’ and wait to be verified (verification process can take up to one business day)
  • Step 1: Click ‘Register’ on the right corner
  • Step 2: Enter your personal email, then click ‘Proceed’
  • Step 3: On ‘Reset Password’ page, confirm your email again then click ‘Send’
  • Step 4: Check your mailbox and find the email named ‘Reset password for RMIT-VN Alumni Network’, follow the attached link to reset your password
  • Step 5: Enter your new password then click ‘Save password’
  • Step 1: Click ‘My Account’ on the right corner
  • Step 2: Click ‘Change password’
  • Step 3: Enter your new password and click ‘Submit’
  • Step 1: Click ‘My Account’ on the right corner
  • Step 2: Under the ‘My Profile’ tab, edit your profile information
  • Step 3: Click ‘Next’
  • Step 4: Click ‘Submit’
