Date: 26/07/2023
Time: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Location: District 1, HCMC

A2A Circle (Alumni to Alumni Circle) is a monthly catchup for RMIT and Australian alumni who are senior leaders in diverse industries.

The need for building high-performing teams has never been as critical in today’s dynamic and ever-changing environment. The last two years have been a real challenge for every organization and leader. Navigating a global pandemic, managing constant supply-chain disruptions, optimizing operations, and increasing talent attrition in the job market created an unprecedented challenge for many leaders.

However, building a high-performing team requires more than just pulling together a group of talented people with the right skills. It requires carefully developing and nurturing critical traits, behaviors, and best practices.

By joining this event, the participants are expected to:

  • Understand the bottom line of sustainable growth lie in employee engagement and collaboration. Well-functioning teams can outperform individuals and even other types of working groups.
  • Acquire a fundamental mindset and toolset to plan, implement and leverage company culture, leading to better cross-collaboration, increasing productivity, innovation, and creativity.
