A2A Circle (Alumni to Alumni Circle) is a monthly catchup for RMIT and Australian alumni who are senior leaders in diverse industries.

 

Embracing diversity is critical for business success, and this urgent workshop will equip you with actionable strategies and real case studies to drive positive outcomes. In this A2A episode, we’ll get to know case studies from giant corporations about how to overcome challenges, address biases, and create an inclusive workplace.

Throughout the event, participants will:

  • Understand the importance of gender diversity and women’s empowerment in driving business performance.
  • Develop strategies to implement a gender diversity and women empowerment program within their organization.
  • Identify potential challenges and solutions in promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Create an action plan to foster a more inclusive and equitable work environment.
