With just 20–30 years of development, most Vietnamese enterprises have evolved from small-scale beginnings. To thrive in today’s volatile, competitive, and AI-driven landscape, building strong systems — especially in corporate governance — is no longer optional.
Governance isn’t just about compliance. It is about where you grow your company from, how fast, and most importantly, how long.
Whether you’re preparing for an IPO, scaling operations, or facing heightened regulatory scrutiny, this intimate session— led by Mr. Tri Pham, Chairman of Vnexus Capital Advisors (VNCA)—offers real-world insights into why governance is your strategic competitive advantage in a volatile global environment.
Expect candid stories, practical lessons from Vietnamese businesses, and perspectives you won’t find in any AI search or textbook.
