Many organizations begin with a clear strategy — plans approved, town halls delivered, and KPIs rolled out. Yet months later, execution slows as teams interpret the strategy differently and alignment weakens.
In many cases, the issue is not the strategy itself, but how it is communicated and understood. Without clarity, alignment and ownership, even strong strategies can lose momentum.
