What happens on the other side of success? Join us for a thoughtful session reflecting on the quiet complexities of mid-life and perspectives from those who have made it cross the line.
Many leaders spend the first half of their lives building careers, companies, reputations, responsibilities. By midlife, from the outside, things look stable, even successful. But internally, the questions begin to change.
In this session, Mr. Trần Sĩ Chương, a seasoned strategist and long-time advisor to leaders and organizations, will share his perspective on navigating this transition. Drawing from years of working with high-performing individuals, he introduces a practical way to rethink life decisions across the areas that shape who we become, offering a strategic lens to re-examine the key decisions that define the next phase of life.
This is not a motivational talk, nor a theoretical lecture. It is a space for honest reflection, thoughtful conversation, and meaningful exchange among peers who are all, in different ways, asking similar questions.
