Conversation Host

Topic 1: “Family Business – Why Is It a Double-Edged Sword?”

Growing up in a family business can open doors to opportunities, networks, and early exposure to leadership. For Quoc Anh, it meant learning directly from C-level leaders and understanding business from a young age. But with that privilege also comes pressure — the responsibility to sustain, grow, and prove yourself within the business.

If you are curious about working in family businesses, returning to continue a family legacy, or navigating expectations and pressure in business environments, join his table discussion.

Topic 2: “Start-up with ZERO Experience”

Back in 2016, when Viet Anh decided to build Spiderum, he had just returned to Vietnam with almost no professional experience — his CV mostly included work as a cleaner. No background in finance. No management experience. No clear roadmap.

Nearly 10 years later, Spiderum has grown into one of Vietnam’s largest content ecosystems for young people, after what he describes as many moments of “chết đi sống lại – die and back to life”.

If you are curious about start-up life, building from zero, surviving uncertainty, or turning ideas into reality, come join the conversation at his table.

Topic 3: “Big Enough to Learn. Small Enough to Be Seen.”

Not many fresh graduates actively think about building careers in mid-sized corporations — but they can offer a unique balance between scale, visibility, and growth opportunities.

Representing TMT Motors — the distributor of Wuling EV in Vietnam and the company behind CarNow, a specialized automotive platform for Vietnamese users — Huy will share insights into working in fast-changing industries where technology, mobility, and business transformation are happening simultaneously.

If you are exploring career environments where young talent can still make visible impact while learning at scale, feel free to join his discussion table.
