The Business School & RMIT Vietnam Alumni of RMIT Vietnam warmly invites alumni and current students of the MBA, EMBA and MIB programs to join the Postgraduate Social Networking Event 2026 in Hanoi.
Designed to bring together RMIT’s postgraduate community, this exclusive evening is an opportunity for alumni to reconnect with fellow graduates, expand their professional networks, engage with current postgraduate students, and strengthen connections across the RMIT community.
The evening will also feature a keynote session by Ms Helena Pham, Managing Partner for Consulus Changemakers and Partnerships and Managing Director of Consulus Vietnam, on the topic “Redefining Value: Leadership is a Decision.”
In an era shaped by rapid market shifts and the growing influence of AI, leadership is increasingly defined not simply by position or technology, but by the conscious decision to lead with purpose, foster unity and create meaningful impact. Drawing on the Economy of Communion (EoC) framework, the session will explore how leaders and organisations can move beyond traditional profit-maximising models towards more inclusive and sustainable approaches to value creation.
