Tan began her career in advertising as an Account Manager with Grey Group before moving to Pyramid Consulting to capture the growing digital marketing landscape in Asia Pacific. She joined TBWA in 2010 to lead the digital group in order to combine her digital experience with her passion for advertising. With her promotion in 2020 to CEO, Tan’s responsibilities expanded to include the leadership of Tequila (TBWA’s PR, Event, Activation arm), Digital Arts Network (TBWA’s Digital arm) and fadigital (CRM, Digital performance arm) Tan was named Women to Watch by Campaign Asia in 2017. Under her leadership, TBWAGroup Vietnam has been consistently recognized in the Southeast Asia Creative and Digital Agency of the Year categories at Campaign Asia’s Agency of the Year awards (2017-2018-2019-2020) Outside of TBWA, she runs around after her two little twins.
