I've had some experiences before in the event field. What I've learned while running events is how to communicate effectively, how to be flexible to deal with problems immediately, and control time management. Besides, I also had activities related to human resource management when I joined the club at the university. It has enabled me to work in an international environment and improve my interpersonal skills through a variety of learning opportunities.
