I have been working in Vietnam for over 23 years in higher education, management consulting, and corporate training. My mission is to help individuals and organisations improve their performance and competitiveness through effective learning and development. I have extensive experience in higher education including launching and managing a number of business programs and lecturing in international MBA and Bachelor programs. My areas of focus include business consulting, business lecturing, and corporate training. I have expertise in leadership and management, project management, change management, strategic and business planning in addition to a diverse range of people (Soft) skills. My accomplishments include: • Launching Vietnam’s first 100% foreign MBA program in Vietnam in 2003. • Leading and managing business programs in higher education institutions in Vietnam. • Developing and delivering a range of business courses for both local and foreign universities. • Delivering business planning training to the teams in the annual German Business Association (GBA) Business Challenge competition. My honorary roles include: • Chair of the Education and Training Working Group of the Vietnam Business Forum (VBF). • Former President of the Australian Chamber of Commerce (AusCham) and served on the AusCham Board for over 12 years. • Vice-Chair of the American Chamber of Commerce's (AmCham) Education and Training Committee. • Former European Chamber of Commerce (EuroCham) Board Member and Southeastern Vietnam Delegate for Community Building.
