I am currently working as a designer and marketer for a consulting company based here in Ho Chi Minh city. I am planning to move to Paris within the next few months to work/intern in a more creative field.At this early stage of my career I am looking to gain as much international working experience as I can. I am Australian, Vietnamese and French.I feel deeply connected to my own heritage and also to learning about other cultures. Within my personal design work I like to include visual elements and inspiration from different cultures that can reflect a harmonious global connection and evoke a sense of curiosity to learn more. I am drawn to more tangible designs that evoke a more sensory experience. I like to incorporate embroidery, sewing, fabric dyeing and manipulation, origami and other experimental methods. I really enjoy experimenting with new media that can have unexpected results. This keeps things spontaneous and fresh. I’m eager to work in a space that focuses on environmental sustainability, women’s empowerment and the other SDG’s for a better world.
