I was trained and worked in a very disciplined working environment and heavily influenced by the ways Japanese people conducting businesses. During my career, I had plenty of opportunities working with high-ranking business partners (both Vietnamese and Japanese) at the age quite very young. As the result, elements like dedication to meticulous details, strong professionalism and the urge for perfection have always embedded in my working conscious. Furthermore, the assimilation of higher MBA education has further enhanced and sharpened my managerial abilities which I believe is vital to function effectively in high-dynamic business environment nowadays. I am a very open-minded people that interested in creative approaches, a very strong team player and an efficacious leader who highly motivated and passionate. As the next generation leader bearing the responsibilities to elevate the cooperate image during this globalization era. My vision is to build the corporate culture that must highlights strong professionalism, creative-working climate and acutely agile to the needs of our customer. Most importantly, shifting the company towards the sustainability goals are my utmost concerns. It’s very simple, corporate not just simply running after profitability. It must create societal values and places great deal of care to protect surrounding environment as well.
