Chau is an undergraduate student who has inspiration in Creativity and People Analytics in the Human Resources sector. To Chau, unlike a product or a service where the analyst's goal is to maximize sales, value or efficiency of distribution, People Analytics works to both enrich and enhance the professional lives of employees as well as make their respective enterprises more efficient and more profitable. Chau's final goal is to make both parties win. Two famous sayings describe Chau best: 1. "There can be miracles when you believe." (Whitney Houston), which means that "Our miracle can be created by our hands when we believe in ourselves". 2. "Growing old is mandatory, but growing up is optional." (Walt Disney), which means that "Never lose your curiosity about the world". Chau is seeking job opportunities to grow in People Organization, Visual Art, and Healthcare Management. Besides, Chau is also searching for scholarships abroad to continue her further study goal: a Master's degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Project Management within 06 years.
