Tran Minh Khoi is a multimedia designer based in Saigon, Vietnam. In 2022, he was awarded "Most Potential Designer" at "4R Design Award" for his sustainable patchwork system for recycling textile waste. With 5 years experience working in Vietnam's local fashion scene, he aims to curve throwaway culture of fast fashion, by revitalizing traditional crafts, and reimagine them for modern design standard. In combination with his ethnic studies, Khoi firmly believe slow fashion and meticulous craftsmanship is the solution to promote Vietnamese values, while taking part in preserving textile traditions of Vietnamese ethnic cultures.
