Camellia boasts a decade-long career in the hospitality industry, marked by her valuable contributions to renowned hotel brands such as Park Hyatt, Sofitel, and M-Gallery Collection. Her extensive expertise spans across various domains including sales, marketing, revenue management, branding, and event coordination. Notably, she has excelled in the role of Hotel Pre-Opening Director of Sales and Marketing, overseeing three triumphant launches of hotels and resorts: Fusion Original Saigon Centre, TUI BLUE Nam Hoi An, and Legacy Yen Tu, a member of the M-Gallery Collection. In late 2023, Camellia decided to step into the life of an entrepreneur, she is the Founder and CEO of CAMELLIA DINH | The Brand Promise where she partners with professionals and businesses across the globe to help them achieve their goals and aspirations through digital platforms. The Brand Promise is the official PR & Branding agency for Club Med, SODA | Hotel Management Platform and STONE Accounting Group with her market presence in Vietnam and Southeast Asia region, Australia, Europe and North America. Camellia also serves as the Founder and Managing Director of Beyoutiful Vietnam, Vietnam’s first lifestyle concierge dedicated to women and the Founder of Australian Hospitality Alumni Network Vietnam (AHA Vietnam). In addition to her role in the industry, Camellia serves as an Associate Lecturer at RMIT University Vietnam. Here, she imparts her knowledge in courses covering business communications, service quality management, event coordination, and strategic business planning.
