As an Internship Consultant, I support students in building career confidence and gaining practical experience. I initiated the Career Ready program for international students at RMIT Vietnam and currently lead the Career Ready Series. I design and facilitate workshops on career planning, strengths-based development, workplace readiness, resilience, and communication. I also provide one-on-one career consultations and have implemented platforms like CareerHub, Abintegro, InPlace, Salesforce, and Industry Hub to streamline internship workshops and placement processes.
