My name is Nguyen Khanh Duy, an RMIT Vietnam alumnus with an MBA, class of 2025 and a Bachelor of Business (Management), class of 2022. My academic journey at RMIT shaped my foundation in strategic thinking, leadership, organizational development, and modern management practices—values that continue to guide my professional and personal growth today. I am currently working in the field of human resources, administration, and public-sector coordination, previously serving as a civil servant at the Southern Airports Authority (under the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam). In this role, I was responsible for personnel administration, legal documentation, inter-agency coordination, and stakeholder communication within a highly regulated aviation environment. My contributions were recognized through two Certificates of Merit awarded by the Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (2023, 2024); acknowledging my commitment, discipline, and capability in handling high-responsibility tasks. Before that, I also gained experience in the private sector as a Sales Consultant in the mechanical manufacturing industry, supporting operations, customer service, and internal coordination during a period of business expansion. These roles helped me develop a versatile skill set spanning people operations, cross-functional collaboration, compliance, and service excellence. Beyond work, I actively contributed to the workplace community as the Secretary of the Youth Union – Office of Organization & Administration, leading internal engagement activities, volunteer projects, and youth development initiatives. I am currently continuing my professional path with a strong focus on HR, talent development, business operations, and organizational strategy. My long-term goal is to integrate public-sector discipline, private-sector agility, and academic insight to contribute meaningfully to people development and organizational growth in Vietnam.
