I began my career in education, growing from a Teaching Assistant into a role that supports and coordinates operations at Apollo English. Along the way, I discovered that what excites me most is improving systems, supporting teams, and creating an environment where students and educators can succeed.
At Apollo, I work at the intersection of operations, people development, and student experience.
My role includes:
- Managing and coaching a team of 17 Teaching Assistants, ensuring smooth classroom operations and consistent support for teachers and students.
- Supporting the learning journey of 400+ students, helping create an organized and engaging classroom environment.
- Training TAs on key skills such as communication, classroom coordination, and problem-solving to maintain high service standards.
- Planning TA schedules, observing classroom support performance, and providing coaching to improve team effectiveness.
- Handling operational and administrative responsibilities including asset management, payroll preparation, supply procurement, contracts, and HSE compliance.
- Collaborating with the center team to organize student events and activities that enhance the overall learning experience.
- Through these experiences, I’ve developed strong capabilities in team coordination, operational management, communication training, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
What motivates me most is building systems that help people perform at their best—whether that means a TA team working seamlessly, teachers feeling supported in the classroom, or students having a great learning experience.
