Hi, I have worked in the Private Education sector in Vietnam for the last 10 years in a variety of positions, from an ESL teacher to an R&D Leader to an Academic Manager / Director. I have had the chance to meet many capable individuals from all walks of life, though we shared the same goal - pushing the limits of the learner inside each and everyone of us, including teachers, trainers and students alike. I believe this mindset and the experience which came along as a result of adopting it are what makes me who I am today, a man of focus and commitment. I have built a competent roster of ESL teachers, the likes of which possess quality above any expectations set prior for services within the private education sector, and it is likely to stay true for more years to come. I have worked tirelessly within many constraints of a start-up environment to help the business to achieve a level of growth worth praising, and the product, the system which I developed would surely serve as a solid foundation for any successors to continue where I left off. I have led my teams to unknown territories in the Vietnam's everchanging competitive market, where people are willing to forsake integrity for money, while we always strive to uphold the highest code of conduct. All of these experiences have made me realize that, being able to connect with people is the greatest boon of working within any organisation, and that's why I'm willing to build things and go far with everyone, rather than going alone. My favourite quote and my motto to live by is from Sir Richard Branson: "Train people well enough so they can leave. Treat them well enough so they don’t have to.”
