Hi, I’m Annaleithaoo (Lê Thảo) - A Marketer & Innovator. My marketing journey started with a childhood love for TV commercials and grew into a solid foundation in Professional Communication at RMIT University. Bringing a highly extroverted energy to the table, I possess nearly three years of real-world experience in performance marketing and social commerce. This includes valuable agency experience at Hepmil Vietnam and a track record of managing million-dollar e-commerce campaigns as a full-time marketer at TikTok Shop. Beyond campaign management, I am always looking to push creative boundaries. I was honored as a Silver Winner in the Digital Category at Vietnam Young Lions 2026, and I continuously leverage AI to optimize my marketing workflows and strategic planning.
