Started working in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) since it was merely a vague concept in Vietnam market, Binh has over about 13 years of intensive experience in managing and working in corporate finance and strategy for both sell-side and buy-side. She is highly experienced with strategy, performance, finance, accounting, tax, legal, reporting, problem solving, executive negotiation, politics and advocacy. Her work demonstrates an optimal combination of international standards and local understandings, with a focus on value creation and sustainable growth. She has co-founded ASART, a leading independent and boutique advisory firm with a strong expertise in M&A, Finance and Strategy and how sustainable growth plays an important role in all these developments. She has also supervised all aspects of the business including its P&L since 2017.
