Dear RMIT Alumni, I am Thuỷ, from Phát Thành Coffee. This is my family business over 30 years experience in coffee manufacturing. Our business base is in Dong Thap Province - a south west of Vietnam. I am a second generation in this business. After graduating Master at RMIT, I start to expand our family business into Ho Chi Minh market where is well-known as actively promising market for every business. It is not easy for us to do business here. We got both success and failure until now. I can share with you guys about my startup experience as MVP testing product-market fit, finding and building an executive team, building culture, getting overcome failures and so on.
