Welcome to The Livebrary – RMIT Alumni Impact Showcase 2026!

Livebrary is a storytelling platform that celebrates the journeys, values, and impact of RMIT alumni. By sharing authentic stories from across generations and industries, Livebrary aims to inspire meaningful connections and showcase the diverse ways alumni are creating positive impact in Vietnam and beyond.

These Terms & Conditions outline the responsibilities of contributors, the editorial principles of Livebrary, and the conditions governing the publication and management of content on the platform.

Contributor’s responsibility

To maintain the integrity of Livebrary, contributors are expected to ensure that all information submitted is truthful, accurate, and shared in good faith.

Contributors should only submit materials that they own or have permission to use and must respect the intellectual property, privacy, and legal rights of others.

The contributor remains solely responsible for the content, opinions, claims, and representations contained in their submission.

Editorial process

Livebrary is a curated storytelling platform. The Editorial Team may:
  • Correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting.
  • Make minor edits for clarity, consistency, and readability while preserving the original meaning and tone.
  • Contact you if significant clarification is required before publication.

About Livebrary

Livebrary showcases stories shared by RMIT alumni and the impact of the businesses, organizations, projects and initiatives they are involved in.


Publication on Livebrary does not constitute endorsement, verification, accreditation or recommendation by RMIT Vietnam Alumni of any individual, organization, business, brand, product, service or investment opportunity featured on the platform.


The views expressed in each story belong solely to the contributor. Readers should exercise their own judgement when relying on any information presented.

Content standards

Submissions must not contain content that is:

  • False, misleading, or defamatory.
  • Unlawful or in breach of applicable laws.
  • Discriminatory, hateful, threatening, or abused.
  • Offensive or otherwise inappropriate for a public university platform.
  • Primarily promotional or inconsistent with the purpose of Livebrary.

Restricted industries and activities

To protect the integrity and reputation of Livebrary, RMIT may decline or remove submissions that primarily promote or are closely associated with industries or activities that conflict with RMIT values, policies or public reputation, including but not limited to:
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Tobacco, cigarettes, vaping and nicotine products
  • Gambling, betting or speculative financial products
  • Adult or sexually explicit content
  • Weapons, hazardous goods or controlled substances
  • Illegal products or services
  • Any activity or product that may reasonably be considered inconsistent with RMIT University's values, policies or reputation.

Publication and Removal

Submission does not guarantee publication. RMIT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Accept or decline any submission.
  • Request revisions before publication.
  • Edit submissions in accordance with these Terms.
  • Delay for publication.
  • Unpublish, archive or remove any story at any time if the information is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, creates legal or reputational risk, or no longer aligns with the purpose and values of Livebrary.

RMIT does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, quality, safety, or reliability of any organization, business, brand, product, service, or information featured on Livebrary.

It is the sole responsibility of the submitting party (individuals, organizations, or businesses) to ensure that all information provided is accurate, up-to-date, and lawful.

RMIT Vietnam and RMIT Alumni shall not be held liable or responsible for any false claims, misrepresentations, or damages arising from the use of or engagement with any content featured on the platform.

Users are encouraged to exercise their own judgment and perform their own due diligence before relying on or transacting with any entity listed.
