1. What is an Alumni Network Account?

As an Alumnus/Alumna, you can register for an Alumni Network Account. This is the first step before you can create an Alumni E-card, update your current professional profile (Similar to LinkedIn), connect with other alumni and businesses of alumni, and access exclusive benefits, which are only offered for RMIT Alumni.

2. What are the exclusive benefits?

Find out the exclusive benefits in the FAQ page here

3. What is an Alumni E-card?

The alumni physical card is no longer valid to access the campus. To bring you a more secure, sustainable, hygienic, and connected campus, RMIT Vietnam Alumni is glad to introduce the Alumni E-card, which is an exclusive QR code for alumni to access campuses and use library services.

The alumni e-card is a must for alumni to access the campuses. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU SUCCESSFULLY CREATE THE E-CARD BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE CAMPUS to avoid waiting time.

Advantages of the Alumni E-card:

  • Secure: Each alumnus will have a unique QR code with their pictures on it. Unless you share it with others, no one could use your alumni identity to access the campus.
  • Sustainable: No plastic card will be issued and discarded in the environment.
  • Hygienic: The process of creating e-cards and security checks at the campus entrance will be contactless.
  • Connected: The physical card requires from 4 – 8 weeks to be printed and home-delivered. With an e-card, you can have it available within 2 working days.

4. Following a 3-step process tutorial video:

  • Step 1: Create an Alumni Network account
  • Step 2: Create an Alumni E-card
  • Step 3: Update your profile and experience the Alumni Network features

* Please make sure that you successfully create your alumni e-card before arriving at the campus to avoid waiting time!!

** If you do not receive the verification code email, please check your Junk mail/Spam box. After 3 minutes if you still cannot find it, please fill in and submit THIS FORM. Due to a large number of inquiries, please expect a delay in our response.

5. Important Notes:

  • Campus access for alumni’s guests: The Alumni E-card can only grant campus access to alumni themselves, therefore cannot support alumni to bring their guests to the campus.
  • Only alumni with valid alumni cards and guests with appointments with staff can access the campuses. If alumni violate this policy by bringing or/and supporting outsiders to enter the campuses, your access may be banned for a year.
  • The alumni physical card is no longer valid to access the campus.
