Update Community Rules & Etiquette for Zalo Group – RMIT Reunion HN
In an effort to foster a more supportive and professional environment, the Zalo group “RMIT Alumni Reunion HN” is updating its community rules and etiquette. This initiative aims to ensure that the group remains a valuable platform for career development and networking among nearly 800 alumni who have graduated from RMIT Hanoi campus across various cohorts.
The updated guidelines focus on enhancing member experience by promoting relevant discussions and maintaining respectful interactions. Members can post directly on the group if the topics are about:
- Finding business partners
- Introducing contacts, expanding networking connection.
- Activities for RMIT alumni organized by RMIT University Vietnam.
- Events organized by RMIT alumni to expand professional knowledge in various fields.
Please message the admin privately if you want to post the following topics. Once a week, the admin will compile the information and repost it in the group as the Village News.
- Job opportunities
- Introducing companies, restaurants, services…
Community Etiquette:
- Only share and discuss topics accepted by the community as noted above.
- Topics related to products or services are not recognized by Vietnamese law will be REMOVED from this group.
- Always treat others with respect and courtesy, even if you disagree. Comments that provoke arguments or personal attacks will be REMOVED from this group.
- Individuals who violate Community Etiquette twice will be restricted from activities and invited to leave the group.
