As a member of the RMIT alumni community, you are entitled to a range of exclusive benefits designed to support your professional growth, personal development, and lifelong engagement with the University.

Your first step to accessing these benefits is creating your Alumni E-card.

1. Create Your Alumni E-card – Alumni Membership

The Alumni E-card is your Official Alumni Membership. It serves as your gateway to campus access, services, events, and exclusive privileges.

Once you receive the Welcome email from the Alumni Relations Office, you can activate your Alumni Network account and register for your E-card. The E-card provides:

Campus access when visiting RMIT Vietnam

Eligibility to participate in alumni-exclusive events and activities

Access to selected campus services and facilities

Verification of alumni status to enjoy partner privileges

We encourage all graduates to activate their E-card and keep it readily available for future use.

You may create your E-card anytime, but support is not 24/7. Please create your E-card at least 5 working days before visiting campus to allow time for issue resolution. More information about E-card can be found here.

2. Campus Services and Facilities

As an RMIT alumnus/alumna, you may continue to enjoy access to selected campus facilities, including:

Library services (in accordance with current alumni access policies): you can access library resources including Open Education Resource, a public resource that has no limitation in terms of registration and Free book-delivery service in which you can borrow up to 15 physical books per month delivered to your doorstep without any cost. For further information, kindly contact the RMIT Library team at library@rmit.edu.vn or fan page for further support.

RMIT Active Hub and recreational facilities (subject to membership terms): On the SGS campus, please refer to this LINK for the membership guideline. You can also directly contact the RMIT Active Hub team via its fan page or email sports@rmit.edu.vn for more details. On the Hanoi campus, indoor RMIT Active Hub facilities on campus currently are not available for alumni. Outdoor sports venues, including the football pitch and basketball court, are available upon request and usage fees may apply. For more details, please contact the Hanoi RMIT Active Hub team via fan page or email student.lifehn@rmit.edu.vn.

Campus access policy

The Alumni E-card grants access only to alumni themselves

Alumni cannot bring guests onto campus using their E-card

Guests may enter only with an official appointment with RMIT staff

The former physical alumni card is no longer accepted

Please bring your National ID / VNeID / Passport along with your E-card for security checks

Code of conduct

To ensure a safe and respectful campus environment:

Alumni must follow all RMIT regulations and the RMIT Code of Conduct

Any behavior that violates university rules — including supporting unauthorized individuals to enter campus — may result in access termination for a minimum of one year

The Terms & Conditions outline the types of misconduct and the circumstances under which alumni benefits may be revoked.

3. Professional Development and Career Support

RMIT remains committed to supporting your career progression. Alumni benefits include:

4. Alumni Gifts and Exclusive Offers
